The abbieSense technology from the Wyss Institute uses a nanomaterial-coated electrochemical sensor to detect histamine level in the blood plasma within 5 minutes, with the sensitivity lower than 5 nM. This medical diagnostic technology may revolutionize point-of-care anaphylaxis diagnostics.
